More Than A Dozen Queens Restaurants Make Michelin Guide For Great Meals At A Good Value

Fifteen restaurants in Queens were listed in the 2018 Bib Gourmand guide for great food at a good price.

Michelin, the French company that publishes highly regarded restaurant guides, included 15 Queens restaurants in its 2018 Bib Gourmand guide.

The guide outlines the restaurants in New York City that offer “exceptionally good food at moderate prices.” In all of the more than 120 restaurants on the guide, diners can purchase two courses and a glass of wine or dessert for $40 or less.

This Exhibit Showcases Hundreds Of Unique Queens Homes Through Photographs

Architect Rafael Herrin-Ferri has traversed Queens since 2012 to capture images of unique low-rise homes, and hundreds of his photographs are presented in an exhibit at The Architectural League of New York.

All the Queens Homes” showcase 273 of the more than 5,000 photographs Herrin-Ferri has taken as he explored approximately one third of the borough’s neighborhoods. AMAZON HEADQUARTERS COMING TO QUEENS, NYC?

NEW YORK CITY — City officials pitched locations in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens as potential sites for Amazon to open its new headquarters in a bid to lure the retail giant to the Big Apple.
