FOREST HILLS, QUEENS — Print out a stack of resumes, because more than 50 employers are coming to Forest Hills for a job fair Friday.

Commonpoint Queens, previously known as the Central Queens Y, is hosting a free job fair Friday for positions in healthcare, food services, hospitality, customer service, retail, communications, manufacturing and information technology, among other fields.

More than 50 employers in the public and private sectors will participate, including Hilton, Trader Joe’s, Flushing Bank, Blossom Home Care, St. John’s Episcopal Hospital, Aramark, LaGuardia Plaza Hotel, Kenvic Training and the NYC Department of Correction.

Beyond Friday’s job fair, Commonpoint offers job-seekers free resources like internet access, employment counseling, resume and cover letter writing and interview advice. The social services organization — which is co-hosting the job fair with the Queens Chamber of Commerce and the NYC Comptroller’s Office, among others — advises job fair attendees to dress professionally and bring many resume copies.

Job-seekers must pre-register for the event at commonpointqueens.org/jobfair. The event is Friday, March 29 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 67-09 108th St. in Forest Hills, Queens.
