'There's no place like Forest Hills Gardens' says Kristina Granville, who grew up in the gardens and left to attend Hofstra University. At Hofstra she received a BA in International Relations and Diplomacy and a minor in Art History. She later moved back to start her own family. She worked 12 years at Credit Suisse in investment banking and later moved on to Terrace Sotheby's International Realty.
Kristina found her true passion in real estate. 'I love to work with people, enjoy beautiful homes and architecture'. 'That's Forest Hills in a nut shell' Everything here is centrally located. There is a 12 minute commute on LIRR to NYC as well as a short ride on the E, F and R subway lines, great schools and amazing restaurants. Nothing is more satisfying to her than helping a client find exactly what he or she is looking for in a new home. 'I think I offer my clients not only experience, but patience and sensitivity.' 'In the end, my clients are satisfied'. She values her long-term relationships above all else and will never promote a transaction unless she is convinced that it is a good match for her client, prospective sellers and buyers.
