• Just wanted to take a moment to share my praise for your agent Bill Clark who rented out my apartment in Kew Gardens this past year. He really went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out! It seems that a lot of real estate agents out there feel that the extent of their job is to just post a listing on their company's website, wait for the property to rent itself, and collect a check. Very disappointing. Bill, on the other hand, really saved the day. He is one of those rare individuals who really takes pride in his job and did everything in his power to move the place for me. I will not hesitate to recommend Bill and Terrace Sotheby's Real Estate in the future to friends, family, and colleagues. Keep up the good work!
